Apple
Slice
Ingredients:
1pkt Vanilla or Butter Cake Mix
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
125gm Butter, melted
1 small tin of Pie Apple
1 Egg
300ml Sour Cream
2tsp Cinnamon
1/4 cup Sugar
Method:
Mix cake mix, coconut and melted butter together. Press into
tin. Bake for 10 minutes at 180C. Whilst base is cooking, mix together
the egg and sour cream. After 10 mins remove the base from the oven,
top with the pie apple, then pour the egg and sour cream mixture
over the apple. Sprinkle with the cinnamon and sugar and bake for
a further 20mins.
