Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients:
125 gm Chocolate
1tbsp Brandy
4 Eggs, separated
1 cup Cream
3 Gelatine Leaves

Method:
Whisk egg yolks, add melted chocolate. Fold through the whipped cream, then the whipped egg whites and melted gelatine.
