Meringues

Ingredients:
2 Egg Whites
1tsp Lemon Juice
2/3 cup Castor Sugar
pinch of Salt
1tsp Icing Sugar

Method:
Combine egg whites, lemon juice, sugar and salt in a small basin and beat on highest speed for 15 mins. Fold in sifted icing sugar. Pipe in shape required. Bake in a very slow oven for 1 hour.
