Muffins

Ingredients:
40gm Oatbran
550gm Self Raising Flour
100gm Brown Sugar
130gm Raw Sugar
10gm Baking Powder
20gm Cornflour
220ml Milk
2 Eggs
130ml Oil
1 tsp Vanilla

Method:
Whisk milk, eggs, oil and vanilla together. Add remaining ingredients. Add to basic mixture the flavours of your preference, for example; cocoa powder and chocolate bits, mixed berries, banana and bran flakes.
