A Melbourne Corporate Caterers Shortbread

Ingredients:
1kg Butter
1 1/3 cups Castor Sugar
1 cup Rice Flour
9 cups Plain Flour

Method:
Cream butter and sugar, add sifted flours and mix with hands until together. Knead lightly until smooth. Bake in a slow oven about 30mins.
