Banana Cream Crunchies
Ingredients:
370gm Butter
1 1/2 cups Self Raising Flour
2 cups Semolina
2 1/3 cups Castor Sugar
4 Bananas
300ml Thickened Cream
Method:
Melt butter, stir in flour, semolina and sugar. Spoon half the mix over the base of greased tin, press evenly. Slice bananas over top, Pour over cream, cover with remaining mixture. Bake at 200C for 40 mins or until golden brown. Cool before cutting.
