Brownies 


Ingredients: 

250gm Butter 
440gm Sugar 
4 Eggs, beaten 
45gm Cocoa 
2tsp Vanilla 
75gm Flour 
410gm Chocolate, chopped 
60gm Toasted nuts

Method: 

Preheat oven at 180C. Melt butter on a low heat and stir in sugar, eggs, cocoa, flour and vanilla. Add chocolate and nuts. Pour into pan. Bake for 40-45 mins.
