Caesar Dressing


Ingredients: 
100ml Lemon juice
2 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 tsp Tabasco Sauce
Seasoning
1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
4 Egg Yolks
2 Anchovies, finely chopped
200ml Olive Oil
600ml Vegetable Oil

Method: 
Put all ingredients except olive oil together in a bowl and mix until combined and smooth. Gradually add oils until dressing is a smooth and emulsified consistency.
