Carrot Cake


Ingredients: 
400gm Self Raising Flour 
1tsp Cinnamon 
1tsp Mixed Spice 
4 Eggs 
1tsp Vanilla 
240ml Oil 
pinch of Salt 
30gm Hazelnuts 
50gm Walnuts 
60gm Sultanas 
3 Carrots, grated

Method: 
Mix flour, spices, eggs, vanilla, oil and salt together. Add remainder of ingredients. Bake at 180C for 1 hour.
