Chilli Jam


Ingredients: 
1kg Red Capsicums 
700gm Tomatoes roughly chopped 
400gm Chillis 
250ml White Wine Vinegar 
880gm Sugar 

Method: 
Place capsicums, tomatoes and chillies in processor. Blend till finely chopped. Transfer to pot, add vinegar, bring to the boil, reduce and simmer 5 mins. Remove from heat, add sugar and stir till sugar dissolves. Return to heat and boil untill jam reaches the required consistency.
