Ingredients: 550gm Chocolate 180gm Butter 2tsp Vanilla 1 1/2 cups Brown Sugar 2 1/4 cups Self Raising Flour 3/4 cup cocoa 2tsp Cinnamon 4 Eggs Method: Melt 300 grams of chocolate with the butter. Add eggs and vanilla. Add brown sugar. Sift self raising flour with cocoa and cinnamon. Then mix with other 250 grams of chocolate. Cook at 200C.
