Chocolate Fudge Cake

Ingredients: 
6 Eggs, separated 
270gm Castor Sugar 
450gm Chocolate 
200gm Butter 
100gm Hazelnut Meal 
70gm Plain Flour

Method: 
Melt together chocolate and butter. Whisk yolks with sugar. Add chocolate and butter to yolks etc., fold through ground hazelnuts and then whisked egg whites. Cook in medium oven.
