DEVISHLY DARK CHOCOLATE CAKE
250g butter
1 tbsp coffee powder
1.5 cups hot water
200g Dark Chocolate
2 cups castor sugar
1.5 cups self-raising flour
1/4 cup cocoa
2 eggs
2 tsps vanilla
Melt butter in pan, stir in combined coffee and hot water, then chocolate and sugar and stir until smooth.
Place into large bowl and with the electric mixer; gradually beat in the sifted dry ingredients in about 3 lots
Add eggs and vanilla, beat well.
Pour into greased and lined 20 cm cake tin.
Bake in slow 160*c oven for approximately 90 mins.
Stand for at least 30 minutes before turning out of tin.
Serve as a cake or dessert.
