Staff:

Ajay's professional wait staff are available to set up, serve and clean up at your function.

Ajay's recommends staff for formal sit down events at a rate of one wait staff per 10 guests for food and beverage service combined with one chef for up to 30 guests.

Staff are recommeded for a finger food function at a ratio of one wait staff per 25 guests for food and beverage service

Staff work a four hour minimum, and staff rates are available and may vary on the time and date required. Staff requitements may vary and are dependant on venue and site specifications.
