Ingredients:
180gm Plain Flour
2tsp Baking Powder
180gm Butter
160gm Castor Sugar
Juice of 2 Oranges
Zest of 2 Oranges
3 Eggs
60gm Ground Almonds
Method:
Cream butter and sugar, add orange rind and juice then eggs, beating well after each addition. Fold in sifted flour and baking powder and almonds. Bake in a 23cm tin for 35-40 mins at 180C.
