Val's Pavlova

Ingredients: 
6 Egg Whites 
1 1/2 cups Castor Sugar 
1 1/2tbsp Cornflour 
1 1/2tbsp Vinegar 
1tsp Vanilla

Method: 
Whisk egg whites slightly.

Add all remaining ingredients gradually and whisk on a fast speed until firm peaks form.
Pour meringue into a well greased spring form tin forming a hollow in the centre to create a traditional pavlova shape.
Bake at 160C for 1hr 10mins.
