Pecan Pumpkin Pie


Ingredients: 
2 whole organic free range eggs 
100gm Sugar 
85gm Brown Sugar 
1tbsp Plain Flour 
1tsp Ground Cinnamon 
1/4tsp Ground Nutmeg 
1/4tsp Ground Ginger 
1/4tsp Ground Cloves 
1/2tsp Salt 
2 cups Pumpkin, cooked and mashed 
400gm tin Condensed Milk 
1 unbaked 9inch Pastry Shell 
2tbsp softened Butter 
1tbsp Orange Zest 
45gm Brown Sugar 
100gm Whole Pecans

Method: 
Combine eggs, sugars, flours, spices and salt. Blend in pumpkin and condensed milk, then mix well. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 220C for 10 mins, then reduce heat to 180C until slightly golden.
