All supplied ready to unwrap and serve on disposable platters for ease of service. Ajays platter and dips menu is perfect for casual after work snacks, networking meetings, or for the later in the day meeting when an Ajays platter assists in getting through the work load.


Fruit:

Segmented seasonal fruit platter with assorted exotic and tropical fruits with fruits of the season @ $4.20 per person

Fruit and Cheese:

Combination platters of fresh and dried fruits, Australian boutique farmhouse cheeses and assorted crackers @ $6.80 per person

Dip platters:

Duo of assorted dips served in a cobb loaf with assorted crackers, vegetable crudités and crisps @ $5.20 per person

Continental platters: 

Platter to include one of the following per guest:
Lamb Koftas, Dolmades, chicken polpetti, marinated olives and tapenade, stuffed chillies, Cajun chicken fingers, semi dried tomatoes, roasted capsicum dip, sliced sour dough bread @ $16.80 per person

Meditterrean antipasto platters:

Platter to include one of the following per guest:
Antipasto of sliced salami, sliced ham, grilled mushrooms, marinated baby bocconcini, sliced chicken fillets, broccoli dumplings, goat cheese fritters, roasted pumpkin, grissini and pita pockets, @ $16.80 per person

Asian style platters

Platter to include one of the following per guest:
Thai style fish cakes, sliced BBQ Pork , southern Thai-style braised chicken, double cooked caramel pork belly, green Thai chicken curry parcels, with Noc nam dip, and toasted flat bread chips, @ $16.80 per person

Minimum of 20 portions applicable to each platter
