Tony and the team at Ajays provided a great tasting range of food and smart, friendly service. On the day of any event there are a lot of things that need to be coordinated and managed. From the moment Ajays arrived, they were well organised and I had nothing to worry about.
 
We received a lot of positive feedback about our event and this was in no small part due to Tony and his team.

Hi Tony,
 
We were completely impressed by your work on Saturday night! I didn’t expect to see the head chef and owner himself – that was a wonderful surprise. All the guests commented on how beautifully you managed to do everything from keeping an eye on the wine to serving up the glorious food (even remembering who had what after everyone changed seats). It was all the little things as well as the big e.g. I noticed when you served up the dessert, each serving was immaculate and looked like it had been created as that individual portion. Rodney noticed as you poured wine for one person, you were looking around to see how the other glasses were. (A couple of people commented specifically about your crumbed carrot/bean side dish and I notice Fran (who eats very little) ate her entire serve of chicken.) And as for your work with the salad, prawns, broccolini – words fail me. You did so much more than the brief. I did expect something good – it was great last time I had Ajay’s doing the food. But this was superlative. Beautiful work. That was the best value, least stress evening I have had. Rodney said it was so much more enjoyable because I was able to sit at the table with him.
 
The other thing people commented on (me too) was how comfortable we all felt with you. You would think having someone new in the house doing all the hard work would be a bit awkward, but it got to the point where we really wanted you to pull up a chair and have dessert with us. Rodney had the most marvelous birthday surprise and everyone wanted your details.
 
You will definitely be hearing from us again. I am sincerely grateful.
