Sour Cream Surprise Cake

Ingredients: 
185gm Butter 
1 cup Sugar 
3 Eggs 
1 1/2 cups Self Raising Flour 
2tsp Ginger 
2/3 cup Sour Cream 
1tbsp Castor Sugar

Method: 
Mix all ingredients (except sour cream and castor sugar) together. Gently put into a greased 20cm tin. Mix sour cream and castor sugar together and spread on top of cake. Bake at 180C for 45mins.
