White Chocolate Parfait


Ingredients: 
250gm Sugar 
100ml Water 
10 egg yolks 
4 Gelatine Leaves 
500ml Cream 
500gm White Chocolate, melted

Method: 
Combine water and sugar to the soft ball stage. Whip yolks, add sugar and continue to beat. Add melted gelatine and combine with yolks, whip till cold then add chocolate to cold mix and finally add the whipped cream.
